About 4 years ago Sips Espresso Service Supply recognized that many entrepreneurs and corporate clients alike, had no real Barista Training for their staff. Many customers were purchasing espresso machines without the knowledge of how to use or maintain their new machines.

Subsequently, Sips decided to build a 20 seat Barista Training Institute inside it's showroom so customers could actually be trained on the equipment they were purchasing, in a real life Italian Espresso Bar environment. The idea has developed to now become one of the most comprehensive one day Barista Training Seminars available anywhere in the USA.

You will learn the true Italian methods of espresso drink making, the importance of the correct grind and the daily, weekly and annual maintenance for a variety of espresso machines, water softeners/filters, American Coffee and Tea Brewers, Granita Machines, Blenders and Panini Grills.

	Learn how to make all those popular coffee drinks and espresso recipies.

Incorporated into our training will be valuable information including:

• The Importance of Signature Drinks
• Complimenting Food Items
• Smoothies
• Gourmet Tea (Hot and Iced )

Be prepared for a fun filled day that begins with a complementary continental breakfast from 9:15 am to 10:15 am. Training starts at 10:30 am sharp and continues until 1:30 pm. We serve you a wonderful lunch with complimentary Italian sandwiches, drinks and sweets. The seminar then continues until 4:00 pm. Attendee’s are invited to stay afterwards and receive personal, one on one help with questions about equipment, products and accessories.

Our one day seminars are conducted the last Friday of each month. The cost is $179.00 per person. Discounts of 20% are available for companies bringing more than five people. Non-refundable registration must be paid by credit card prior to attendance. If you find you are unable to attend your session, you can change your reservation up to 24 hours before the date you requested. We will call you to confirm your reservation and collect your payment information.
